Q: How do I apply for a job with LF Staffing?
A: If you are located in or near a city with an LF Staffing office, applying for a job is easy. Simply call our office or show up in person during application hours and complete the required paperwork. Be sure to bring documents that establish both your identity as well as your employment eligibility, as outlined in the List of Acceptable Documents (last page of Form I-9), as required by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. If you have a resume, please bring a hard copy as well.

Q: What can I expect after I apply for work with LF Staffing?
A:  An LF Staffing team member will conduct a brief interview and orientation after they have reviewed your application.  This will take place after they review all the required paperwork and then verifying you are able to perform the types of jobs we offer. After that process, you will then be ready to be sent out on an assignment (maybe even the same day), if one for which you are qualified for is readily available.

Q: What salary will I be paid?
A: The pay rate for each assignment is different. The pay rate depends on several factors: the assignment, your skills and schedule flexibility. You will be presented with a pay rate amount before accepting an assignment.

Q: When will I be paid for my work?
A: LF Staffing offices pay their employees at the end of each workweek. If the pay cycle for a particular position differs from this, you will be informed of the different pay cycle before accepting the assignment.

Q: How will I be paid?
A: LF Staffing pays its employees through the following means: direct deposit, pay-card or by check.  Please contact your local office if you have any specific questions.

Q: What do I need to be prepared for my assignment?
A: Instructions on specific job requirements vary by assignment.  This information is shared with the employee before the start of an assignment.  It is important that you understand the requirements and arrive prepared to work.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the LF Staffing office.

Q: What type of jobs do you offer?
