Administrative Assistant needed for full time position, Monday through Friday for manufacturing company in Palm City, Martin County. DIRECT HIRE position. On-site position only.
Candidates will need to have a diverse range of skills to suceed in their roles. These skills include time management, computer proficiency, attention to detail, communication, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, customer service, multi-tasking and confidentiality.
Candidates should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software and tools. Some other skills that may be useful include teamwork, conflict resolution, research, and safety training.
Your Day
Help manage recruitment, benefits administration and record maintenance.
Ensuring employees and independent contractors comply with all company, Client, OSHA safety policies, procedures, and standards.
As part of the Human Resources Department, working closely with and supporting Managers and Supervisors in assuring a safe working environment for Employees.
Perform all other Human Resources duties and responsibilities as directed by the Manager or others in a position of authority. These duties include employment verifications, re-employment claims, track safety meeting rosters, assemble New Hire packets, drug screen testing packets, post monthly new hires in HRIS system, upload new hires in HRIS systems, filing, scanning, typing data entry, proficient use of Microsoft Office platforms.

Your Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in the Human Resources, Benefits, and/or Payroll profession would be preferred. At least three years administrative assistant office experience. Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality.
