Direct Hire position for manufacturing company located in Palm City. Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.The customer service representative will be responsible for placing orders by answering calls in a queue, data entry from faxes and emails and some walk-in orders. They are required to be accurate and dependable in providing product information and answering questions. They are expected to deliver excellent customer service by being friendly, informative, empathetic, and eager to ensure the customer's need has been identified and assessed in order to achieve the optimum experience. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiries.
Your Day
Having a friendly and pleasant phone voice with clear articulation and above average communication skills.
Deliver excellent customer service on a consistent basis.
Able to thrive in a fast pace environment and remain calm in stressful situations.
Answering incoming phone calls in an efficient and effective manner.
Identify ways to assist customer and vender needs especially if an alternate solution needs to be found to secure the order.
Foster relationships and trust with customer and vendor accounts.
Provide accurate, valid and complete product information by using the right methods/tools.
Capable of looking up product details in the data base while speaking on the phone/ multi-tasking.
Handle customer complaints or issues effectively and ensure follow up where needed.
Represent the cores values and policies of the company.
Data entry, navigating software data base.
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
