Your Job

Inventory Control Specialist for manufacturing company in Stuart, Martin County. Performs counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy. Maintain records of materials, reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor. coordinate with customer service and logistics departments. Performs routine clerical duties, including but not limited to responding to customer service stock inquries in a timely manner. Other duties as directed. Operate forklift in the warehouse. Computer proficient with Microsoft programs. Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Great company benefits.

Your Day


Inventory Specialist responsibilities may include the following:

  • Loading and unloading products and merchandise.
  • Assisting with the receiving, logging, and tracking of inventory.
  • Assisting with establishing inventory flows and processes.
  • Receiving and managing incoming payments.
  • Performing inventory controls and maintaining high standards for quality.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Working with inventory software, databases and systems.
  • Keeping a safe and clean working environment, optimizing the use of space

  • Have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and the ability to concentrate on job responsibilities.
  • Have good organizational and time management skills.

Your Experience

Forklift experience. Computer proficiency with Microsoft programs with the capacity to expand knowledge to accounting/inventory/warehouse software and reporting. Attention to detail. Organizational skills. Able to to bend, stoop, stand and sit for long periods. Able to lift 20lbs, ideally able to lift up to 50lbs.
