Needed immediately - Part-Time (20 hours a week) bi-lingual Spanish receptionist for non-profit organization in Fort Pierce. 9:00am to 1:00pm. Do you have good phone skills? Are you fluent Spanish speaker? Do you have accurate typing and computer skills? We’re searching for a professional part time Bi-lingual Receptionist to carry out a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s administrative activities.
Your Day
Greeting, directing, and providing general support to visitors and families.
Answering and directing phone calls
Assisting people with entering information into a portal
Typing, data entry, filing, general clerical and reception duties as needed.
Excellent customer service
Assisting with Spanish only speaking visitors and families

Your Experience
Computer proficient and experience being able to navigate a web-based program. Accurate data entry, phone skills.
Reception/office experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office a plus
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree
