We are looking for a competent Staffing coordinator for our Port St. Lucie Office, to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and placement of employees, assisting with payroll, posting job openings, screening candidates, and general office clerical duties. Requires proficient computer software skills, accurate data entry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. Candidates will ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures. The position also requires ability to foster sales through warm leads, phone sales and attending job fairs and sales/networking events. Position is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm in St. Lucie County. Responsibilities · Assist with staffing needs and operations of the company · Support candidate screening and hiring processes · Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions · Assume responsibility

Your Day

· Assist with staffing needs and operations of the company · Support candidate screening and hiring processes · Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions · Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests · Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation, electronic timecards and record keeping · Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations · Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations Skills · Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position · Experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring etc.) · Assist with daily sales calls
