The Administrative Specialist requires a diverse range of skills to excel in their roles. These skills include time management, computer proficiency, attention to detail, communication, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, customer service, multi-tasking and confidentiality. The Administrative Specialist should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software and tools.
