IT Technician needed for large company located in Martin County. Direct Hire position. Full time 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours. Must be able to respond to any after-hours situations that cannot wait until next business day. Job duties include providing hands on technical support for hardware, sofware and network systems. Trouble shooting, repairing and maintaining IT infrastructures, focus on Windows and Mac networking, servers and cloud services like Microsoft 365. Assist with system upgrades and replacements, and other IT projects.
Your Day
IT Technician responsibilities may include the following: :
- Setting up technical equipment such as computers, routers, and printers in offices or workstations
- Making sure office computer equipment is functioning properly
- Installing computer software and security systems.
- Upgrading computer systems and networks as needed.
- Ordering computers, computer accessories, and other equipment.
- Assisting co-workers with using their computer and understanding its software.
- Troubleshooting computer and network issues
- Performing computer and network repairs quickly and efficiently.
You will need to have the following: :
- Proven experience as an IT Technician
- Working knowledge of computer equipment and software
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Your Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field. Relevant certification such as Microsoft certified, CompTIA A+, Network+ etc are a plus. 2 years+ of hands on experience in IT support, troublshooting and system administration, Windows, MAC, Microsoft 365. Required.
