Your Job
Full time position located in Fort Pierce. Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Ideal candidate will have a clean Florida Drivre License to drive company vehicle-truck. Includes Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies (soap, paper products).Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins, cleaning receptacles, and removing waste to designated disposal areas.Maintenance: general repairs, minor plumbing, debris removal, maintenance outside of building and possibly grounds.
Your Day
Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies (soap, paper products).Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins, cleaning receptacles, and removing waste to designated disposal areas.Surface Cleaning: general areas (door handles, light switches).Glass and Wall Cleaning: Washing windows, glass partitions, and walls to remove dust, dirt, and graffiti. Maintenance work: general repairs, minor plumbling, debris removal may involve outside of building and grounds maintenance. Driving. Able to lift, bend, stoop, carry, walk and perform duties inside and outside.

Your Experience
Must have clean valid Florida Driver License. Experience with general janitorial and maintenance work. Experience with cleaning and repairs. Outside maintenance work a plus. School or public building janitorial and maintenance work a plus. Background and drug screen required.
