Your Job
Full time position located in St. Lucie County. Possible temp to hire or direct hire. Ideal candidate will have experience developing and transitioning paper documents to digital files within large companies, non-profits or governmental agencies. This position carries a high level of confidentiality and security for all data, documents and files in accordance with data practice rules and requirements including maintaining current knowledge of all laws and best management practice affecting public records management and compliance. Monday through Friday full time in office hours, some over-time may be required. Please submit resume.
Your Day
Developing and implementing electronic documents management and records system. Classifying, coding, and cross-referencing records. Maintaining confidentiality and security for data, documents and files in compliance with policies and procedures. Developing training materials and conducting training as required to ensure consistency and best records management practices within the company. Provides technical advice and direction regarding new developments in records management. Other related duties as required and assigned.

Your Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration or public administration or other related field is preferred. Two to three years office administrative experience. Experience in transitioning from paper environment to digital environment ideally required.Valid Florida Driver License required.Background screening required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Certification in records management or training is a plus.
