Human Resource Manager needed for full time direct hire position located in the Stuart, Martin County area for company with over 100 employees. Are you the analytical and methodical type with experience in human resource administration and knowledge of payroll regulations? and all HR tasks? Do you possess integrity, team spirit and strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure HR and employment law procedures are compliant, efficient and up to date? Your Day
Human Resources Manager responsibilities may include the following:
- Developing and implementing human resource processes, programs and policies.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
- Keep employees informed of all new and updated on human resources policies and employee benefits.
- Overseeing processing of personnel changes and upgrades (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises).
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Supervising and coaching human resource assistants.
- Collaborating with payroll managers and accounting teams.
- Maintaining accurate employment records and preparing reports.
- Resolving issues and answering human resource related questions.
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system to drives high performance.
- Maintaining pay plans and benefit
