We are seeking temporary skilled Landscapers who are available to work on an as needed basis for our LF Staffing office contractors and clients who service Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor landscapes to ensure aesthetic appeal, safety, and environmental health. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of horticulture, landscape maintenance techniques, and the operation of groundskeeping equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in various commercial and residential settings.
Your Day
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to uphold high standards of grounds care.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as edging, aerating, and planting.
Maintain hardscape features such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls to ensure durability and safety.
Follow all safety protocols diligently during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
Assist with landscape design projects by installing new features or renovating existing areas.
Support overall grounds maintenance efforts by operating equipment like lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and tree care tools.

Your Experience
Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor work roles.
Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools. MUST know how to operate hand tools, trimmers, weed wackers, lawn equipment.
Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices.
Familiarity with hardscape construction and maintenance is a plus.
Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in the sun and heat.
Commitment to safety protocol adherence at all times.
Valid driver’s license required; ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely.
