Needed immediately - maintenance janitor for outside and inside buildings, grounds and property maintainence. 40 hours a week. Must be available to work Saturday and Sundays each week. Located in the Fort Pierce area. This is physically demanding work and requires driving a truck, hauling materials and cleaning equipment and supplies. Your Day
Maintenance, general labor, cleaning, janitoral Technician responsibilities may include the following: :
- Ensuring operation of electrical and mechanical systems in a building by completing preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Ensuring proper operation of plumbing, cleaning, janitoral work for public buildings and grounds.
- Repairing structural fixtures such as locks, floors, drains, toilets, sinks and doors.
- Planning and performing repair work and troubleshooting using operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications. Replenishing supplies. Hauling trash. Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, public restrooms and public grounds and buildings.
- Preparing maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing maintenance needs.
- Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules

Your Experience
Must have a current, Florida Driver License. Ability to drive a company truck. Requires background and drug screening. Able to lift, bend, stoop, carry up to 40lbs, general physical labor both indoors and outdoors. Able to work in inclement weather. Able to work weekends.
