Your Job
We are building our pool of semi-skilled temporary laborers for busy seasonal work. Candidates will need to be reliable, available for temporary assignments and have experience in the following: Trade Assistance: Act as a helper to skilled tradespeople (such as carpenters, electricians, or masons), setting up materials, mixing compounds, or prepping work sites.
• Routine Maintenance & Assembly: Perform repetitive assembly line tasks, basic maintenance, material handling
• Safety & Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report equipment malfunctions or hazards to a foreman.
Your Day
May include the following: Clear debris, sweep work areas, remove hazards, and maintain an organized, safe jobsite. Load, unload, organize, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment using dollies, wheelbarrows, or by hand. Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and masons by handing them tools, mixing concrete, or holding materials, assist with fence construction and similar construction projects. LF Staffing employees are not allowed to climb ladders higher than 6 feet.
Safety Compliance: Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) if required, and report unsafe conditions immediately.

Your Experience
High School diploma. Experience with general labor, ability to work outside and use of power tools, carpentry, landscaping equipment, and all aspects of semi-skilled construction site work. Drug Free workplaces.
