LF Staffing Port St. Lucie are looking for experienced temporary servers for special one day events and or holiday events, mostly catering to private events at exclusive country clubs throughout Martin County, including South Stuart, Hobe Sound, Palm City and St. Lucie County. The perfect candidate will be someone who is energetic, passionate, has prior experience in high-volume, upscale fine dining establishments or country clubs and is able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Your Day
Previous serving experience (fine dining or upscale hospitality/country clubs preferred).
Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and a polished, professional demeanor.
Basic familiarity with food safety, wine, and mixed drinks; ability to carry trays with plated food.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays (up to 25-30lbs) for long shifts spanning 5+ hours without sitting.
Your Experience
Previous serving experience (preferably in a restaurant, resort, or country club setting).
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills with a polite, professional demeanor.
Familiarity with basic food safety, safe alcohol service regulations
Set up and clear tables, stock side stations, and maintain cleanliness in dining area.
