Your Job
We are seeking warehouse workers for a light industrial warehouse located in Martin County close to the turnpike. This is an open, hot, noisy, dusty warehouse that handles construction type materials. The ideal candidate will assist with the quality control check of orders and prepare, pack and ship customer orders as ordered and scheduled. Pallet wrapping and forklift operation.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:00 AM through 7:30 PM or later.
Your Day
Shipping: Pre-pack each pallet with bubble wrap, cardboard, corner protectors and hand shrink wrap. Use automatic wrapping machines to help secure product on pallet and then use automatic banders to secure all products to the pallet. Banding material horizontal and vertical. May include lifting up to 50 pounds and team lifting as needed.
Safe Workplace: Maintain all equipment and materials in a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
Quality: Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS.
Forklift Operations: Use forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count product. Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.

Your Experience
Warehouse and forklift experience. Able to work in a dusty environment, stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift up to 30 to 50 lbs. Operate machinery.
